IMPORTANT - for larger handles e.g. Pie Servers, Carving Sets, Fish Servers these remain "Non dishwasher safe" Finally whilst your knives are with us we will "re-whet" i.e. re-sharpen them FREE of CHARGE as part of our service. RISK - We must politely add advise you that with repairing old cutlery there is always a slight risk that there could be an unseen problem that only comes to light when we start the repair/replating. These occurrences are fortunately rare, but it can happen and therefore all work is carried out at your risk, as we cannot replace pieces that are often 100+ years old and the pattern is no longer available. We take every possible precaution to minimise this risk and so far we have a 99+% success rate, but feel we must make you aware of the risk however slight it maybe. Please Note: We have a minimum nett invoice value (i.e. without carriage & VAT) of £10. All prices are each and are charged in UK £ sterling (the Euro and US $ prices are for guideline purposes only) and are subject to return carriage and VAT (Value added Tax) where applicable (generally all EU countries). |
