Payment
When your restored cutlery is ready to be returned, we will contact you via e-mail (or normal mail if no e-mail address available) advising you of the fact that the work has been completed and the amount of the payment due.
We have various payment options - please let us know which you prefer:
- Snail Mail – we send you an Invoice and you send us a cheque (made payable to Chimo Holdings)
- Internet Banking – (preferred option) we send you an invoice together with our bank account details and you transfer the money via BACS directly into our account.
- Credit Card payment by PayPal – This system is 100% secure and you do NOT need to have a PayPal account, just use any of the following credit or debit cards:

Your financial information is not shared with us, and once your payment is complete, you will be e-mailed a receipt for the transaction. |
We will e-mail you an invoice via PayPal, who will notify us once you have paid.
Once payment is received by whichever of the above methods you chose, your cutlery will be returned to you. A signature will be required so please have it sent to an address where someone is available to sign for the parcel. Otherwise you will have to collect it from a local Royal Mail or Parcelforce depot within 7 days or it will be returned to us. Therefore, if you are going away at all please let us know, so we can hold back delivery.
